Just More Guidance Group is a community-centered nonprofit organization committed to helping children, families, and individuals access the support, resources, guidance, and opportunities they need to move forward.
We believe that sometimes the greatest difference we can make is helping someone find the right direction, the right resource, or the right opportunity at the right time.
Our work is rooted in compassion, inclusion, empowerment, and community. We support families navigating child care, autism and developmental needs, housing instability, employment barriers, reentry after incarceration, food insecurity, and other challenges that can make it difficult to achieve stability and independence.
At Just More Guidance Group, we do more than connect people to resources. We work to build confidence, strengthen families, develop skills, create opportunities, and help individuals recognize their own ability to create a better future.
Through workshops, community outreach, workforce development, family support, youth programs, resource navigation, and strategic partnerships, we are building stronger pathways for the communities we serve.
We believe every child deserves the opportunity to thrive, every family deserves access to support, and every individual deserves a chance to grow beyond their current circumstances.

At Just More Guidance Group, we make a difference by meeting people where they are and helping them move toward greater stability, confidence, and opportunity.
Our impact begins with listening. We take the time to understand the needs of children, families, and individuals, then connect them with practical support, trusted resources, education, and community-based opportunities.
We make a difference by:
Supporting children and families with access to child care, enrichment, and developmental resources
Helping families of children with autism connect to supportive services, education, and community resources
Providing housing, food, and basic-needs resource navigation
Offering workforce development, job-readiness, and soft-skills training
Supporting individuals returning home after incarceration through reentry resources and guidance
Creating workshops that build confidence, life skills, financial literacy, and self-sufficiency
Connecting families to community programs, local partners, and essential services
Providing food giveaways, school supplies, hygiene items, and other community support when resources are available
Supporting youth through mentorship, leadership development, education, and career readiness
Helping aspiring child care providers develop stronger programs and businesses
Building partnerships that bring more resources and opportunities into underserved communities
Our goal is not only to address immediate needs, but to help create long-term change. We want the people we serve to leave with more knowledge, more confidence, stronger connections, and a clearer path forward.

Cleo Syas
Cleo Syas is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Just More Guidance Group, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, Safari’s Playhouse Family Childcare, and her growing network of community-focused programs and businesses.
With more than 15 years of experience supporting children and families, Cleo is a child care professional, nonprofit leader, entrepreneur, and community advocate dedicated to creating opportunities that strengthen families and communities.
Her work includes supporting children with autism, developing child care programs, connecting families to valuable resources, and creating pathways that help individuals grow, succeed, and thrive.
Through her leadership, Cleo continues to turn compassion into action and vision into lasting community impact.
